We face different kinds of conflicts in our lives. Since we are little, we have disagreements with classmates, family, and friends; as teenagers, we also face different conflicts besides all the physical change we go through; and when we are adults, we face conflicts in our jobs, with family, friends, and the community in general.

The way different people face conflicts is what we will analyze in this blog and how to find a pacific way to manage situations in which we confront people that don't think nor act the same way we do.
